We focus on building relationships with our members that develop beyond just our professional lives. Everyone in this group is genuinely dedicated and motivated to support one another unselfishly. It truly is a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Membership steps:
1. Attend a monthly lunch meeting (the first one is free!)
2. Submit an application form: Membership Application | The Elle Group
3. Application form is reviewed by our membership team, primarily for industry/type of business as we only allow 2 members from the same industry to be in the group
4. Once application is approved, pay the annual membership fee

One of the main criteria we review is industry classification. To allow the best networking with different women each month, we limit each occupation to two members from each classification per meeting.
